After months of hard work and collaboration, students from ɧ»¢tv’s Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical, Welding & Metal Fabrication, and Skilled Trades Techniques programs at the Woodstock and Fredericton campuses proudly completed small modular homes as part of their experiential learning.

This project gave students real-world, hands-on experience and aims to address the growing need for affordable housing in the community.

The cozy, beautifully designed 16’ x 40 ’ home—featuring one bedroom, one bathroom, and built to modern efficiency and sustainability standards—will be open for bidding. Once sold, the proceeds will fund the next student build, creating a sustainable cycle of education and community support.
